Do I need to do anything to turn it on?
Enrolling workers in monitoring is super easy through an integration or an upload in the Yardstik app. To start using Standard Monitoring, you need to ensure you're collecting proper consent from your candidates and workers. If you're using Yardstik's default consents, you're already good to go.
What triggers an alert?
Yardstik monitors national and state sex offender registries. When we get a hit on an enrolled worker, you receive an alert immediately. You have the ability to upgrade to Enhanced Monitoring that will also monitor for hits on Nation & State Criminal Records.
