Dispatch provides on-demand and same-day pickup delivery services for businesses. Customers use their web app to request a delivery, and nearby drivers respond with a mobile app to pick up parts and packages to deliver to the final destination. Seamless Technology Integration

Integration was critical for Dispatch. They envisioned a more fluid screening experience for their drivers, keeping everything neatly contained within their platform ecosystem.

Dispatch already used Fountain as its hiring platform, so it easily leveraged Yardstik’s Fountain integration. This enabled a seamless user experience and flexible interface, matching the solution Dispatch envisioned.

Zero Screening Costs & New, Passive Revenue

Yardstik’s Sequential Screening process—a cascading approach to background screening—saved Dispatch money by eliminating irrelevant screens. In short, if a candidate doesn’t clear the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) insurance requirements, Yardstik won’t run the criminal check, and Dispatch won’t be on the hook to pay for it.

The cost savings didn’t end there. Yardstik took over the MVR Point calculation for Dispatch, immediately freeing up six employees and speeding up the onboarding process. Additionally, through Yardstik’s revenue-sharing program, Dispatch can take a cut of the monthly revenue generated from every screen run within its platform.

With all of these cost-savings and efficiencies, Dispatch flipped its background screening process from an operating expense into a profit driver for their business. All while delivering a better, safer experience for their customers and drivers.
