HOW IVUEIT EMBEDDED TRUST DIRECTLY INTO ITS PLATFORM WITH YARDSTIK
iVueit runs a nationwide marketplace where independent contractors inspect, audit, and photograph properties for commercial and residential clients. As iVueit grew into interior and residential work, it set out to raise its standard of trust and build screening directly into its own product. The company built a direct integration with Yardstik, fast to launch and fully its own.

Tens of Thousands of Contractors
Direct API Integration
Highlights
Built in weeks, not months
iVueit stood up a full Yardstik API integration in just a few weeks, much faster than the team expected.
99% of checks run untouched
The integration sends requests and routes results automatically, so almost nothing needs a manual hand.
A vetted network wins bigger work
Vetted and screened Vuers serve commercial clients at scale and opened up bigger markets for iVueit.
Building screening directly into our app with Yardstik gave us control over the whole experience, and it came together quicker than we thought possible.
THE CHALLENGE
Raising the bar as the work got bigger
iVueit was growing fast. Its marketplace let independent contractors (called “Vuers”), inspect, audit, and photograph properties for commercial clients across the country. As the company moved from exterior work into interior spaces and private residences, it set a higher bar for itself. The people it sent into a client's store, warehouse, or home should be people iVueit could confidently stand behind.
That meant building a screening program designed for where the company was headed. iVueit knew exactly what it wanted. It didn't want to pay a third-party platform to sit in the middle. It wanted screening built directly into its own product, fast to launch and fully under its control, so that their trust program felt like a natural part of the Vuer experience.
"We didn't want a provider who'd hand us a setup and walk away. We wanted a partner who'd help us build it right and keep growing with us."
It also wanted the economics to make sense. iVueit designed a model where Vuers pay for their own check up front and earn it back once they've completed five assignments, so the company invests in the people who actually do the work. To pull that off, screening couldn't be a clunky external step. It had to be wired into the platform itself.
iVueit needed a partner who could match the ambition, move at the company's pace, and help it build something it would own for years.
THE SOLUTION
An integration built in, not bolted on
iVueit built a direct API integration with Yardstik, embedded right inside the iVueit app. The flow is simple for Vuers. They open their profile, tap a button, and the check kicks off. The request goes straight to Yardstik and the result routes back into their profile.
The build moved fast. Within about a month, iVueit had a full setup ready. Yardstik also handed over an example adjudication matrix the team could tune to its own standards, so iVueit wasn't buried in manual reviews from day one.
Owning the integration paid off big time. iVueit controls the entire experience, from how a Vuer starts a check to how the result comes back, and it built the reimbursement logic right into the flow. A Vuer's reimbursement credit lands in their in-app wallet automatically once they hit five assignments, with no manual steps in the middle.
Most importantly, building directly meant iVueit got a partner, not just a tool. As the company has added new screening packages and new workflows over the years, each one has gone over the same integration. iVueit isn't rebuilding from scratch every time it grows. It's extending something it already owns, with Yardstik alongside it.
Outcomes
AN INTEGRATION THEY OWN
Because iVueit built directly on the API, screening is part of the iVueit app, not a separate step stapled to the edge of it.
"Owning the integration means we're not waiting on anyone. It just runs."
The company controls the experience end to end, results return automatically, and the vast majority of checks run without anyone touching them.
TRUST THAT KEEPS UP
The same integration let iVueit raise its bar after launch. Vuers are automatically rescreened on a set cycle, with the app prompting them ahead of time under a dedicated renewal package.
"Peace of mind is what every client is really paying for. Rechecking on a schedule is how we deliver it."
It's a standard the company set for itself, and one its clients feel.
A PARTNERSHIP THAT GROWS
A vetted Vuer network changed what iVueit could sell, opening doors with commercial clients and letting it take on work at scale. The partnership keeps moving, too.
"Knowing Yardstik keeps innovating is a big reason we keep building with them.”
iVueit works with Yardstik’s fraud team to keep up with any changes in the risk profile of the market.

Sharetown reps go inside customers’ homes to retrieve mattresses, furniture, and large returned items. That context makes workforce trust non-negotiable. And for Sharetown, establishing that trust at hire is only the beginning.

Gopuff built its business on speed and convenience, but also on trust with its community. Gopuff’s compliance team doesn’t treat workforce risk as a point-in-time problem. They manage it as an ongoing obligation to every customer.
Dispatch
Frustrated with the one-size-fits-all, rigid service from their screening provider, Dispatch instead partnered with Yardstik. Together, they added a white-label integrated solution to the Dispatch platform that was safer, more efficient, and more profitable for the company.
