Staffing Industry Analysts recently hosted a ‘Shark Tank’-style contest at the ‘Collaboration in the Gig Economy’ conference. There were 29 companies nominated to compete, and Yardstik was named as one of the five finalists.
Yardstik’s Chief Technology Officer Josh Cutler presented on the technology-first solutions Yardstik is bringing to screening in the staffing industry.
After the judges heard short pitches from all five finalists, Yardstik was named the winner.
Jason Heilman, one of the judges and the SVP of Product at Bullhorn, remarked, “Everyone out here has [to run background checks]. Everyone hates it … you’re making it better.”
